What is this position about?

 Provide support in developing the DCM platform in Sydney.  Specifically responsible for production of pricing, presentations, market updates, RFP’s, any other written material required by external and internal clients, maintenance of databases, regular updates on market conditions.

 Primary Role Responsibilities
 * Assist in the development of DCM relationships across the client spectrum
 * Assist in providing tailor-made market updates to corporate and financial clients
 * Preparation of presentation materials for clients
 * Assist in finding debt capital markets based solutions for client problems and presenting to clients
 * Assisting in ratings advisory work, capital analysis and financial analysis, as required 
 * Assist Marketers Debt Capital marketing activities (including DCM pricing, analysis of annual reports/financial statements, cash flow modelling for bond transactions)
 * Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory authorities, conduct, compliance and audit requirements and established bank approved risk limits.

 What is required for you to succeed?
 * Previous experience within Debt Capital Markets as an Analyst or Junior Associate.
 * Professionalism and client management skills together with strong technical, written and verbal communication skills.
 * The work can be fast paced and stimulating so we look for candidates that can multitask and work under tight deadlines.
 * Operating with excellence and the highest levels of integrity.
 * Candidate should be results driven and have a strong sense of teamwork.
 * Bachelor or Masters Degree in Finance/Mathematics/Engineering, etc.
