What is this position about?
Origination, structuring and execution of debt products in the international debt capital markets and achieve revenue targets set by management and a define targeted client base.

What would be your typical day at BNPP Paribas look like? 

Primary Role Responsibilities

  • Marketing to all relevant corporations and financial institutions of our global product capability
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory authorities, audit requirements and established bank approved risk procedures
  • Direct contribution to BNPP operational permanent control framework.
  • Contribute to the implementation of operational permanent control policies and procedures in day-to-day business activities, such as Control Plan
  • Comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
  • Responsible for ensuring team members comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
  • Responsible for reporting all incidents according to the Incident Management System.

Other contributions

  • Contribute to the Permanent Control framework
  • Ensure proper control on various risk aspects ﴾operational, reputational, counterparty…﴿ of client business.
  • Work in line with all compliance, legal and bank guidelines, policies and framework.

What is required for you to succeed?

  • Development of DCM relationships across the client spectrum
  • Providing tailor-made market updates to clients
  • Finding debt capital markets based solutions for client problems and presenting to clients
  • Ratings advisory work, capital analysis and financial analysis, as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory authorities, audit requirements and established bank approved risk limits.

Required education/certification/licenses

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economic or Commerce
  • AFMA
  • FCA
