Temporary – Assistant Relationship Manager – MNC

To support MNC Coverage to set up, maintain and develop global relationship with MNC clients.

Direct Responsibilities:

–          Support on the KYC process in cooperation with clients and KYC team in Vietnam and other related countries

–          Assist MNC team on other assigned works such as marketing presentations, translation, client meetings, corporate events, corporate visitors, call memos, research…

–          Support on managing/ developing daily banking transactions in good communication with clients and Relationship Managers/ stakeholders of the bank in Vietnam and globally

–          Support on completion of credit agreements and related documents with clients in cooperation with documentation and legal/ compliance team to prepare, negotiate credit agreements with clients and get the bank’s approval on amendments where necessary

–          Join in credit proposal process to get client information, credit rating, RAROC and work with credit team of the bank to prepare/ manage credit files properly

–          Join with Relationship Managers of the team and other stakeholders to design/ promote and deliver suitable solutions for MNC clients

Contributing Responsibilities:

–          Contribute to ensure all banking transactions with clients are well managed and in compliance with local regulations and the bank policies, and clients have delighted working experience with the bank

– Contribute to develop businesses with MNC clients

Competencies (Technical / Behavioural)

–          Degree holder in Banking, Finance, Foreign Trade Economics or equivalent

–          Good working experience in dynamic/ international environment for 1-2 years is preferred

–          Knowledge of banking products such as trade and cash management, foreign exchange is preferred

–          Good financial/ accounting knowledge

–          Good communication skills, including certain sales/ marketing skills

–          Fluency in English and Vietnamese 

–          Good time management skills

–       Professional attitude and good integrity
