OUR PROGRAMMES
THE APAC GRADUATE TWO-YEAR PROGRAMME
Our comprehensive two-year APAC Graduate Programme is designed to give final year bachelor’s or master’s degree students and recent graduates the support and development needed to launch a successful career in the banking and finance industry.
You could join us in one of our business areas or support functions and assume real responsibility from day one.
THE APAC INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME
If you are a full-time student in your penultimate year or someone who has just graduated, we can offer you a chance to learn more about BNP Paribas through a six-month internship experience running from January to June in Hong Kong or Singapore. You’ll learn on the job, attend insightful events, join product and soft skills training, and experience professional networking gatherings. Do well, and you can expect to be considered for conversion to a full-time role when you graduate.
ANALYST STREAM
- Apply as a recent graduate (with less than 2 years of work experience, excluding internships), final year undergraduate, or master’s student
- No professional work experience post qualification is required
- You should have a GPA of 3.3/4 or above (or equivalent) in any discipline
- You will need to be fluent in spoken and written English

DEVELOPMENT
LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT
To enhance your knowledge, we will take you along a tailored development path to build your expertise and broaden your skills through the various learning channels (classroom, virtual and on-demand e-learning) offered by our Regional Learning & Development team. As a learning company, the opportunities at BNP Paribas are endless.
ON THE JOB TRAINING
You will receive business specific training to help you familiarise yourself with our different products, services and operations that your team manages. You will also have the support and guidance from your line manager and the team to build expertise, thrive in your role and contribute towards the Bank’s continued success.
EVALUATIONS AND CHECK-INS
To support your growth and progression within the Bank, there will be regular touchpoints for you to review and discuss your development needs and career direction.
OPPORTUNITIES
ROTATIONS
To provide graduates with maximum exposure during the two-year programme, most graduates will have the opportunity to complete at least one rotation across or outside of your hiring team.
REGIONAL PROJECTS
To stretch and challenge you, participation in a regional project provides an opportunity for you to work with other APAC Graduates under the guidance of the project sponsor. This project will give you a broader perspective and exposure to what BNP Paribas does across the region, and provides you with further opportunities to establish strong internal connections beyond your immediate team.
CAREER PROGRESSION
As a permanent hire, upon completion of the two-year programme, you will be ready to take on the challenges in the next phase of your career with the Bank.
EXPOSURE
INDUCTION
To orientate you to our culture and equip you with key skills to succeed in your role, the programme starts with two weeks of training where you will participate in combined group induction courses where you will learn more about BNP Paribas and acquire both cross-functional, regional and technical skills through engaging learning sessions tailored just for you.
MENTORSHIP
Supported by dedicated colleagues, (both mentors and early career professionals), you will also be enrolled in a formal mentoring journey that is complemented by resources that allow you to make the most out of the mentorship.
NETWORKING
To help you grow your connections within the bank, networking events are designed to provide you with the opportunity to meet and interact with colleagues from other territories, and engage with our senior leaders.
