Chaired by the APAC Chief Executive Officer and APAC Head of Human Resources, and with the help of our employee volunteers, the Council has taken important steps in its commitment to promote and maintain a diverse workplace, inclusive and welcoming for all.

Employee Networks

Many internal employee networks are in place to empower our staff to act and challenge the status quo. Here are a few examples:

  • BNP Paribas PRIDE is highly active in favour of the LGBT+ cause;
  • BNP Paribas MixCity fosters better representation of women at all levels of the company;
  • Ability, the mutual aid network for employees with a disability or a disabling or chronic illness;
  •  The very new CulturAll movement, promotes diversity of origins.
