Fraud Prevention Measures

BNP Paribas Malaysia cautions its clients and the general public to be alert in relation to fraudulent attempts conducted through calls, emails, text messages or other communication channels. BNP Paribas Malaysia  does not offer any retail products and do not deal with individual investors directly. 

We remind all to please exercise caution before providing any personal details or making any transfer of funds and always contact your usual BNP Paribas representative to validate the authenticity of these communications.

For BNP Paribas clients, if you detect any suspicious transaction, kindly contact
our Client Service Desk at +60 321798361 (during business hours) or at csd_malaysia@asia.bnpparibas.com; and in case of fraudulent transactions, follow
the following steps immediately to report the incident for necessary recourse. 

  1. Make a police report
  2. Report to National Scam Response Center at 997
  3. Contact BNP Paribas Malaysia via following channels:
    • Client Service Desk hotline at +60 321798361 (during business hours) or email to csd_malaysia@asia.bnpparibas.com
    • Alternatively, you may also reach out to your BNP Paribas Relationship Manager for assistance.
