Position Purpose

The APAC IT Collaborative Infrastructure team operates systems for (Messaging) all vital components used daily by all BNPP APAC employees.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality of IT services (Capacity Management, Monitoring, Continuity, Controls, Incident & Problem management, Change Management).
  • Provide L3/L4 technical support and prepare proof of concept
  • Able to design and architecture for various projects and has experience to drive large scale migrations across various tools of collaborative infrastructure.
  • Manage Messaging infrastructure (M365, MS Exchange on-prem, Lotus Domino, IronPort).
  • Manage Mobile Device Management infrastructure (MobileIron, MS Intune).
  • Manage Instant Messaging infrastructure (MS-Teams, MS-Skype for Business, Symphony).
  • Manage Directory services (AD, LDAP, AzureAD, MS IntraID)
  • Manage Compliance and Legal Archiving infrastructure (Veritas Enterprise Vault, Vantage,Verba).
  • Contribute to, and execute, our recovery plan for BNPP IT for messaging services.
  • Manage the flow of End-User (Requests/Incidents) in the appropriate workflows (Service-Now, SailPoint).
  • Ensure that work processes are documented.
  • Liaising with Business Application Teams, Regional IT Teams, Global Infrastructure Support and IT Security Teams to resolve issues, complete tasks and deliver projects in a timely fashion
  • Ensure to be proven as good team player to deliver the objectives assigned to the team
  • Must have a continual improvement and risk mitigation focus and proactively improve the monitoring, efficiency, reliability, capacity and quality of all IT services under his/her managed perimeter.

  • Contribute to the redesign and improvement of processes.
  • Contribute to the “One Team” ITIP vision.
  • Contribute to the Permanent Control framework.
  • Contribute to monthly Dashboard on Key Performance Indicators

Competencies (Technical / Behavioral)

  • Advanced technical knowledge of (M365, MS Exchange, Lotus Domino, IronPort, MobileIron, MS-Teams / Skype for Business, Symphony).
  • Knowledge of Compliance and Legal Archiving (Veritas Enterprise Vault, Merge1)
  • ITSM and Project Management skills.
  • Client Focus (Group Competency).
  • Decision-Making Skills (Group Competency).
  • Taking Initiative (Group Competency).
  • Ability to Learn (Group Competency).
  • Flexibility to work in shifts or weekends (if required)
  • Tertiary qualification in IT (Computer Sciences or Engineering).
  • ITIL v2 Certification (Foundation being the minimum). 
  • 15 years of direct IT experience in a comparable role with another financial institution.
