What is this position about?

 Coordinate data and reporting requirements of the Learning & Development (L&D) function in the territory to enable the L&D function to meet the capability development needs of the Business and the career evolution of our people, whilst adhering to all internal and external regulatory requirements. 

 Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Learning & Development department and Head of Human Resources.

Primary Role Responsibilities
 * Coordination of mandatory training

 * Monitor and follow up of mandatory e-learning progress, including escalation of outstanding training 
 * Assignment and monitoring of mandatory HR e-learning
 * Mandatory e-learning reporting including monthly dashboards, and Compliance and Auditor reporting requirements
 * Coordination of new starter orientation programs, including Group and business line specific programs
 * Coordination of AFMA industry accreditation for front office teams, including monitoring of training hours and reporting to AFMA
 * Contribute to HR/L&D Controls (monthly / quarterly / annually)

 * Learning & Development Support

 * Invoice management 
 * Quarterly training needs analysis review and reporting on progress
 * Quarterly L&D KPI reporting 
 * Coordination of the Continuing Education Policy, including record keeping and reporting
 * Coordination of public program attendance, including French language training and external coaching
 * Maintenance of the Professional Memberships register
 * Management of the L&D mailbox

 * Training Coordination 

 * Reach expert user status in the learning management system – “My Development” 
 * Manage session creations, registrations and attendance to all training sessions 
 * Coordination with vendors / facilitators on logistics for upcoming programs
 * Training room management including room bookings, catering, room set up and ordering of training supplies and stationery
 * Host and technical support for all local virtual programs
 * Single point of contact for employee queries on L&D digital tools
 * Liase with offshore service provider for L&D Admin tasks
 * Coordination of evaluation / feedback for all training programs

 Other contributions
 * Produce PowerPoint presentations for the HR management team.
 * Expense processing and invoice management (Including AMEX for Head of HR)
 * Assist with travel arrangements for the HR team though the travel management company.  

 What is required for you to succeed?
 * Intermediate to advanced level of competency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel & PowerPoint).  Also comfortable in dealing with internal and external technologies.
 * Display professional and effective communication and liaison skills with both internal staff and external stakeholders at all levels.
 * Ability to pay attention to detail, ensure accuracy and implement processes to ensure quality of output.
 * Establish courses of action for self and others to ensure work is completed efficiently.  Effectively manages own time and resources to meet event deadlines and quality standards.
 * Work with the team and the broader organization towards shared goals and treats all colleagues and clients as partners.
 * Proactively looks for opportunities for continuous improvement and thinks creatively.
