ธนาคารบีเอ็นพี พารีบาส์ และ/หรือ บริษัท หลักทรัพย์ บีเอ็นพี พารีบาส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (“บริษัทฯ”) ขอแจ้งให้ทราบว่า มีบุคคลหรือกลุ่มบุคคลที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาตพยายามแอบอ้างชื่อของบริษัทฯ เพื่อกระทำการฉ้อโกง เช่น การขอให้โอนเงินผ่านธนาคาร หรือรับสมอ้างว่าจะดำเนินการซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์ โดยหนึ่งในความพยายามดังกล่าวปรากฎตามรายงานข่าวว่ามีผู้เสียหายถูกชักชวนให้เข้าร่วมกลุ่มในแอปพลิเคชัน LINE และถูกหลอกให้ลงทุนผ่านแอปพลิเคชันปลอมซึ่งใช้ชื่อและสัญลักษณ์ของบีเอ็นพี พารีบาส์
บริษัทฯ ขอเรียนแจ้งให้ลูกค้าของบริษัทฯ และสาธารณชนทั่วไปใช้ความระมัดระวังเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงป้องกันความพยายามฉ้อโกงหลอกลวงด้งกล่าว ไม่ว่าในรูปแบบของโทรศัพท์ อีเมล์ ข้อความ หรือช่องทางการสื่อสารอื่นๆ นอกจากนั้น บริษัทฯ ขอเรียนแจ้งให้ทราบว่า ที่อยู่เว็บไซต์ประจำประเทศไทยอย่างเป็นทางการของบริษัทฯคือ https://apac.bnpparibas/en/thailand และ https://wealthmanagement.bnpparibas/asia/en/thailand.html ทั้งนี้ บริษัทฯ ไม่มีการดำเนินการให้ลูกค้าปัจจุบันหรือลูกค้าใหม่เปิดบัญชีโอนเงินลงทุนใดๆ หรือ ดำเนินการขายผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงินอื่น ๆ ผ่านทางเว็บไซต์นี้ หรือสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ใดๆ การใช้งานเว็ปไซต์ปลอมหรือแอปพลิเคชันปลอมอาจเสี่ยงต่อการถูกฉ้อโกง ถูกโจรกรรมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล หรือทำให้อุปกรณ์ของท่านได้รับความเสียหายได้
บริษัทฯ ขอให้ท่านใช้ความระมัดระวังก่อนให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ทำการโอนเงิน หรือธุรกรรมทางการเงินอื่นๆ และโปรดติดต่อผู้จัดการลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ (Relationship Manager) ของท่านเพื่อตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจถึงความถูกต้องและแท้จริงของธุรกรรมทางการเงินดังกล่าวผ่านทางช่องทางการติดต่อที่ท่านได้รับแจ้งไว้
สำหรับลูกค้าที่ใช้บริการออนไลน์ของบริษัทฯ หากท่านไม่แน่ใจว่าเว็บไซต์หรือแอปพลิเคชันที่อ้างว่าเป็นของบริษัทฯ นั้นเป็นของจริงหรือไม่ กรุณาติดต่อผู้จัดการลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ (Relationship Manager) ของท่านโดยทันที
บริษัทฯ ขอให้ผู้ใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตและนักลงทุนตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเว็บไซต์ อีเมล์ และกิจกรรมการขายผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงินอย่างรอบคอบ ลงทุนด้วยความระมัดระวังเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงการถูกหลอกลวงโดยบุคคลที่ไม่น่าไว้ใจและป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดความเสียหาย
หากท่านมีข้อสงสัยว่าท่านอาจถูกหลอกลวง ท่านควรติดต่อศูนย์ปฏิบัติการต่อต้านอาชญากรรมออนไลน์ (AOC) ที่เบอร์ 1441 ทันที รวมถึงแจ้งให้เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจทราบเพื่อลงบันทึกประจำวันที่สถานีตำรวจหรือช่องทางออนไลน์ผ่านเว็บไซต์ https://thaipoliceonline.go.th/ โดยทันที เพื่อปกป้องสิทธิและผลประโยชน์ของท่านเอง

We have been made aware of recent attempts to impersonate BNP Paribas and/or BNP Paribas Securities (Thailand) Ltd. for fraudulent purposes, such as requesting a bank transfer, or purporting to conduct investment trades. In one of the attempts, the victim was reportedly invited to join an unauthorized LINE group and deceived into making investment through the fake mobile application downloaded through Google Play and Apple App Store using ‘BNP Paribas’ name and logo.
We wish to caution our clients and the general public to be alert to fraudulent attempts conducted through calls, emails, text messages or other communication channels. It is important to note that the official address of our Thailand website is https://apac.bnpparibas/en/thailand. Please note that we do not conduct client onboarding, request clients or prospects to open accounts, transfer funds or conduct other financial product sales activities through this website or any other social media platform. There is a risk of attempted fraud, and your personal information or device may be compromised if you visit fraudulent sites.
Please exercise caution before providing any personal details or making any transfer of funds and always contact your relationship manager to validate the authenticity of these transactions on his/her usual business contact number known to you. For clients who use BNP Paribas online banking services, if you are unsure whether a website or a mobile application purporting to be related to BNP Paribas is genuine, please contact your relationship manager.
BNP Paribas reminds Internet users and investors to carefully identify authentic websites, e-mails and legitimate financial product sales activities and to invest cautiously to avoid being deceived by suspicious individuals and suffering losses.
